Job summary

PACCAR is seeking an IT Senior Control Analyst to lead and manage compliance activities within the Information Governance program. You will evaluate internal IT controls, perform ITGC and ITAC testing, and ensure audit documentation is complete and accurate.

In this role, you will maintain record retention schedules, support policy development, and collaborate with internal and external auditors to strengthen controls across global IT environments. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.
• CISA certification preferred.
• Four years’ experience in IT, auditing, or SOX testing.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Tableau, Power Automate or SQL preferred.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT internal control and records management activities.
• Maintain record retention schedules for global compliance.
• Stay informed on IT policies, standards and industry best practices.
• Analyze information to understand IT/business processes under review.
• Perform ITGC and ITAC testing per audit plan.
• Document tests and findings in audit workpapers.
• Coordinate annual destruction of records.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
