Responsibilities

• Finalize mentoring plans for assigned mentees and define mentoring actions.
• Define training plans for the team and conduct training sessions.
• Serve as first contact for Business Analysts regarding Connect system and processes.
• Lead the Community of Practice (CoP) and improve practices.
• Review and construct project plans to outline steps for customer applications.
• Refine and deliver requirements with developers, SMEs, and users.
• Collect and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Ensure project teams value customer service and meet deadlines.
• Consult with staff to identify problems and provide solutions.
• Develop process mapping to test procedures and quality standards.
