Job summary

Resolution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to analyze business needs and support planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems.

This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for our online, self-service portal, guiding the development team and third-party vendors. The position also supports production activities, enhancements, and testing, coordinating portal maintenance and creating detailed requirements and documentation to drive successful
