Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the SOX Audit team, focusing on IT application controls (ITACs) and related testing across the enterprise. The role reports to the Manager of IT Application Controls and partners with various SOX teams to strengthen financial controls.

The position requires 2+ years in IT Audit or related risk areas, willingness to travel up to 10%, and availability for standard 8:00 am–5:00 pm EDT/CDT hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years prior experience in IT Audit, Automated Controls Assessment, Risk Assessment, or Risk Consulting.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and to work 8:00am-5:00pm EDT or CDT.
• Professional designations such as CISA, CPA, CIA, or progress toward them are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess application controls and security configurations across the Enterprise.
• Perform data integrity and system interface reviews.
• Develop test plans for ITACs (e.g., configuration parameters, automated 3-way match, approval workflows, tolerance/thresholds, system-enforced segregation, data validations, exception handling).
• Test IPE (Information Produced by the Entity) for IT Automated Key Reports: validate logic, parameters, source, and CA.
• Evaluate interfaces/integrations and data transfer processes.
• Execute operating effectiveness testing with sample selection and re-performance.
