Job summary

Sompo seeks a Senior IT Auditor to join the Global IT Internal Audit team in Purchase, NY. You will lead IT internal audits and IT SOX work across North America and Europe, collaborating with the US Senior IT Audit Manager to ensure risk-based, compliant reviews.

The role requires 4+ years of Big 4 IT audit experience, CISA certification, strong ITGC, cybersecurity, and IT governance knowledge, and willingness to travel to Sompo offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant IT/audit field.
• 4+ years IT Audit experience from a Big 4 firm required.
• CISA certification required; CISSP/CIA beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT Internal Audits and IT SOX testing across North America and Europe.
• Test IT governance, ITGCs, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure controls.
• Draft clear audit reports with issues and action plans; track remediation.
• Collaborate with IT External Audit teams (EY, Mazars) and align with regulatory standards.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite at Purchase, NY office and other Sompo locations.
