Unum, a Fortune 500 provider of employee benefits, is seeking a senior Internal Audit professional focused on technology controls. You will lead moderately complex IT audits, mentor teammates, and apply IPPF/SOX frameworks to assess risk and control effectiveness.

Candidates should have a four-year degree, 3–7 years of related experience, and professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CFE, CISA) preferred. Hybrid/work flexible environment in Chattanooga preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in information systems, computer science, finance/accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification (CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE) preferred or working towards.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as a mentor/coach to develop team members within Global Audit.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize audits and initiatives across multiple projects.
• Design and execute testing to evaluate controls using a risk-based approach.
