Western Alliance Bank is seeking an IT Senior Auditor to support planning and assessment of design and operating effectiveness of controls across audits in its coverage areas. You will prepare for walkthroughs, document narratives, and test high-risk controls for policy and regulatory compliance, collaborating with IT and audit leaders.

The role involves participating in integrated audits with finance, banking operations, risk management and compliance, reporting to an IT Associate Audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years of related experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, or similar.
• Experience with evaluating controls and test steps in audits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and evaluating design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Prepare process narratives and risk/control matrices.
• Test high-risk or complex controls for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead or attend process walkthrough meetings and report findings.
• Contribute to integrated audits across finance, banking operations, and risk management.
