Job summary

Globe Life in McKinney, TX, is seeking a Sr. IT Audit Manager. This hybrid role partners with Globe Life Inc. and its subsidiaries to evaluate IT controls, manage audits, and mentor staff, while aligning with SOX and risk management.

You will lead audit planning, perform complex IT audits, deliver clear recommendations, and coach senior and staff auditors. Travel up to 10% may be required, and you will work across teams in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIS or MIS required.
• 10+ years of audit manager level experience.
• CISA and/or CISSP certifications preferred or in progress.
• Strong knowledge of audit techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT audit plan and strategy.
• Lead pre/post reviews of system implementations and enhancements.
• Provide risk management consultation and controls development.
• Manage complex IT audits and annual audit plan execution.
• Assert internal controls adequacy and policy compliance.
• Lead and coach senior and staff auditors; manage direct reports.
