Job summary

Strategic Amelioration LLC in Orlando seeks an experienced IT leader to guide the design, development, and governance of large-scale systems in regulated sectors.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure HIPAA/FedRAMP compliance, and drive innovation while maintaining schedule and budget.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of leadership, and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or cloud architect certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications include CISSP, CISA, or advanced project-specific certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Solutions Architect.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical leadership, managing complex IT projects in government, healthcare, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the technical strategy that aligns with project objectives.
• Manage the technical team, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely delivery of all technical deliverables.
• Regularly communicate with project stakeholders to report on technical progress and challenges, and gather feedback to refine technical strategies.
• Oversee quality assurance processes for all technical outputs, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards.
• Identify potential technical risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the stability and security of the project’s technical infrastructure.
