Job summary

Oakland County, Michigan Government is seeking an IT Supervisor to oversee technology supporting Public Safety, Emergency Management, and the Prosecutor’s Office while leading the Application Services Transformation Team.

You will guide the team’s evolution to an Agile environment with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development across a growing portfolio of applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Six years of full-time IT experience including application implementation/development in agile, scrum, and/or DevSecOps, with at least three years in supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for implementing, operating, and maintaining applications and enterprise platforms.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of multi-department and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of secure systems.
