Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the SOX Audit team focused on IT application controls. You will design and execute test plans, assess control design and operating effectiveness, and work with external auditors to strengthen financial controls across the enterprise.

The role requires collaboration with various business and IT teams and offers opportunities to contribute to CVS Health’s transformational goals within a healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, data analytics, finance, accounting, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of IT audit, automated controls, or risk consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Audit Execution: assess application controls and security configurations.
• Review data integrity and system interface reviews.
• Evaluate test plans, evidence, and conclusions with IT teams.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Prepare high-quality workpapers with clear objectives and criteria.
• Develop ITAC test plans (config parameters, 3-way match, approvals).
• Test IPE for IT reports: validate logic, parameters, source, and CA/retention.
• Assess interfaces/integrations and data transfers.
• Perform operating effectiveness testing including sampling and re-performance.
