The Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) at Celestar Analytics LLC will lead cybersecurity and RMF efforts across the system lifecycle, ensuring Authority to Operate (ATO) for enterprise systems and supporting Zero Trust security architectures. Collaborating with engineers, operations, and government stakeholders, the ISSO will manage risk, develop security documentation, and coordinate assessments using RMF controls and XACTA.

Strong communication is essential.

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Security+ or equivalent DoD IAT II/III certification.
• 18+ years in Cybersecurity/IA/Engineering or related field.
• Experience as ISSO/ISSE or similar role.
• Proficiency with RMF, IATT, and ATO processes.
• Experience with Splunk and RMF documentation artifacts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cybersecurity and compliance for mission-critical systems.
• Develop and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, SAPs, and assessment artifacts.
• Coordinate RMF activities, ATO, and authorization events.
• Collaborate with engineers, admins, testers, and government stakeholders.
• Support security monitoring and regulatory reporting with Splunk.
