ATEA Technologies is seeking an experienced Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to join the Westlake Village team. The ideal candidate will manage RMF activities, prepare A&A documentation, and maintain eMASS records for collateral systems.

You will work with customers across diverse environments, ensuring compliance with RMF policies and supporting security solutions from design to operation. A Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Formación

• Must be a US Citizen with a Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of cybersecurity/IT experience.
• Credentials such as CISSP, CASP, CISM or equivalent.
• Experience using eMASS for collateral systems is required.
• System admin experience with RHEL and Windows OS preferred.
• Experience with Nessus/ACAS scanning tools or equivalent.
• Knowledge of security technologies and hands-on configuration (e.g., SIEM).
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53, DISA STIGs/SRGs, SCAP tools, and STIG Viewer.
• Familiarity with NISPOM, DAAPM, RMF, CMMC, and NIST publications (e.g., 800-171).
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Draft RMF documents (SSPs, RARs, POAMs, SCTMs, SOPs, ST&Es) and manage eMASS records.
• Lead the classified incident handling process and oversee investigations.
• Perform sustainment activities including change management, auditing, and training.
• Collaborate with system admins, engineers, and developers to update policies and procedures.
• Conduct Self Assessments for risk and vulnerability assessments of information systems.
