Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a cybersecurity specialist for a Regular Requisition requiring Top Secret/SCI eligibility. The role supports RMF, ATO/ATC, ST&E plans, and A&A materials for DoW IT packages across multiple environments.

Candidates must have 5+ years of IT/security experience, RMF familiarity, IAM II eligibility, and TS/SCI clearance. ITIL v4 Foundation within six months is required; U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years ISSO experience.
• Must have working knowledge of DoW RMF (Risk Management Framework).
• Must meet DoW 8750 requirements and be eligible for IAM level II.
• Must obtain ITIL V4 Foundation within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs Cybersecurity activities for a large Program; coordinates with government Program staff, USAF, and other government agencies to assist in the creation, dissemination, direction, and auditing of program policy, standards, and operating procedures.
• Support the government ISSMs in the development and staffing of documentation related to the Authorization to Operate (ATO), Authorization to Connect (ATC), Interim Authorization to Test (IATT), Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Assist in the development and execution of Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) plans and provide A&A materials for DoW IT packages by phase.
• Provide security design management control of build processes for servers, services, and endpoints; ensure hosting facility ATOs are in place.
