Job summary

Zermount, Inc is seeking an ISSO Program Manager to lead security governance and RMF activities for a federal client. This role combines project management with cybersecurity expertise to ensure secure, compliant operations across enterprise systems.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience with NIST SP 800-53, and ability to manage multiple efforts while coordinating with leadership and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years managing IT security programs for large environments.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ personnel and delivering schedules.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Strong knowledge of NIST RMF and related guidance such as 800-53.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of the ISSO Team and develop project schedules and briefings.
• Lead risk analysis, threat/vulnerability assessments, and alignment with contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with RMF, NIST guidance, and continuous monitoring across systems.
• Coordinate with client leadership and stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant solutions.
• Produce security reports and maintain documentation such as SSPs, SAPs, SARs, and POA&Ms.
