Job summary

Euro Staffs seeks a Lead ISSO / Program Manager in Washington, DC, on-site. The role requires directing ISSO activities, coordinating with ISSM and government stakeholders, and managing the program's plans and reports.

Candidates should have extensive federal cybersecurity experience, CISSP, PMP or CGRC, and familiarity with CSAM, ServiceNow, and Splunk. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with fifteen+ years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of federal cybersecurity experience, including ISSO/ISSM work on federal systems.
• Demonstrated program management of a federal cybersecurity support contract of comparable scope.
• Active CISSP certification.
• PMP or CGRC certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Working familiarity with CSAM, ServiceNow, Splunk, and an enterprise vulnerability scanner.

Responsibilities

• Direct contractor ISSO activities and ensure consistent execution across all supported systems.
• Serve as primary technical interface to ISSM, CISO, AO/AODR, System Owners, and other government cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Oversee development, review, and submission of authorization-package artifacts; chair internal quality reviews.
• Maintain risk and issue register; elevate to Government leadership when warranted.
• Represent the contractor in governance forums (e.g., Enterprise Review Board, Change Control Board, Cybersecurity Steering Committee).
• Own the Program Management Plan, Communications Plan, and Quality Management Plan; deliver Weekly Activity Reports, Monthly Program Status Reports, and Quarterly Executive Review Materials.
• Coordinate invoicing, staffing actions, and contract-level reporting.
