Job summary

Edgesource Corporation seeks a senior-level Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the security accreditation of new systems for federal clients. The ISSE will guide A&A activities and ensure compliance with security requirements throughout the system lifecycle.

As part of Edgesource's security team, you will collaborate with engineers and program managers to address risks, maintain documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain accreditation readiness across

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 7+ years of information security experience.
• Experience with Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities.
• Experience supporting security requirements of new systems.
• Ability to coordinate with technical and program stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support A&A activities for new systems.
• Coordinate security accreditation throughout system lifecycle.
• Prepare and review information for system accreditation.
• Work with technical teams to address security requirements.
• Track security-related requirements and accreditation activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders during the A&A process.
• Assist teams in resolving security issues affecting accreditation.
• Maintain documentation supporting system security and accreditation.
