Job summary

MTSI is seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to serve as the Program Office’s information security professional, managing programs to safeguard sensitive information. You will work with System Engineering teams to integrate cyber resiliency into SDLC, and develop documentation for security tools and cloud operations.

Requirements include 10+ years in cybersecurity or systems engineering, SAPs experience, excellent communication, and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with SAPs and security program management.
• Strong risk quantification and policy compliance abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge in security tooling and SDLC integration.

Responsibilities

• Align cyber resiliency objectives with system engineering across SDLC.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Analyze requirements, design, and integrate for complex software systems.
• Review change requests and assess security impact.
• Document security features and guidance on POA&Ms.
• Monitor system procedures to ensure authorization package compliance.
