Job summary

You will focus the majority of your time on IP-related engagements with a secondary emphasis on general commercial dispute engagements.

Intellectual property valuation matters will include patents, trademarks, copyrights, and licenses, and may involve transaction advisory, strategic decision-making, and other contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, statistics.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate finance principles and financial statements.

Responsibilities
