Amgen in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Associate Paralegal – Trademark to support a global portfolio of trademarks, copyrights, and domain names. You will work closely with in-house attorneys and foreign associates to manage filings, responses to office actions, and enforcement efforts.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with USPTO/WIPO platforms.

Competenze

• Must hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent).
• Experience with domestic and international trademark and copyright laws.
• S 트rong proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign.
• Knowledge of trademark databases and filing platforms (USPTO/WIPO).

Mansioni

• Manage worldwide trademark filings, including prosecution and renewals.
• Prepare and file trademark applications and related documents.
• Coordinate with foreign associates on prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.
