Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–7+ years of IP litigation experience, gained at a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Hands-on experience with federal court litigation (ITC experience a plus but not required).

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of intellectual property litigation.
• Draft and argue substantive motions such as motions to dismiss.
• Counsel clients on litigation risk, strategy, and dispute resolution.

Skills
