You will handle discovery, charting invalidity and infringement, writing briefs, taking depositions, working with experts, and contributing to trial and appellate work, with opportunities across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Four to six years of copyright and trademark litigation experience.
• JD degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the resident state.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle written discovery and contentions in copyright/trademark cases.
• Prepare invalidity and infringement claim charts.
• Draft briefs and handle depositions.
• Collaborate with experts and manage trial preparation.
• Engage in appellate work when applicable.
