Apple is hiring a Senior iOS Engineering Manager to lead the Health SW team in integrating AI technologies into their development processes. This role involves setting technical direction, managing a talented team, and ensuring high engineering standards in AI-assisted development.

We are seeking an exceptional engineering manager to lead engineering efforts to support and accelerate our adoption of AI technologies within our development workflow.
In this role, you'll set the technical direction for a portfolio of tools and services to support AI powered development: from skills, CLI tools, workflows and novel agentic systems that serve both human developers and autonomous systems. You'll be responsible for a focused and talented team of engineers delivering these tools and services, as well as supporting the broader engineering org as we adopt and iterate on new tools and workflows. This role requires both hands on technical depth with AI systems and iOS codebases, and proven leadership managing high performance teams and leading groups through transitions. You will partner with EPMs, peer engineering managers and senior leadership to manage your roadmap and deliver outstanding results.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $262,500 and $393,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
