Job summary

Gravity IT Resources seeks a Software Engineer III (Mobile) to build native iOS apps using Swift and SwiftUI for a customer-focused mobile experience in Charlotte. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and contribute to deploying high-quality solutions, with emphasis on performance, security, and documentation.

The role requires 8+ years of native iOS experience and a strong command of MVC/MVVM patterns and modern iOS frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years of experience in native mobile development.
• Expert in iOS with Swift, UIKit and SwiftUI.
• Strong knowledge of MVC and MVVM patterns.
• Experience with Firebase/Crashlytics or similar tools.
• Experience with Git branching and release builds.
• Self-organizing for unit testing UI and functionality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy native iOS apps using Swift and iOS 26 SDK.
• Leverage CI/CD to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
• Evaluate new iOS tech to optimize performance and usability.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-team collaboration.
• Document system and code revisions.
• Share knowledge to improve product and team skills.
• Ensure design, coding, and cybersecurity standards.
• Pair with Android engineers for cross-platform solutions.
