Ford Motor Company is seeking a senior iOS Software Engineer to join the App team. You will develop, design, and ship production-grade iOS apps for millions of drivers worldwide, collaborating with product, design, and other engineers.

The role emphasizes Swift, SwiftUI, CI/CD, and modern architectures (MVVM/MVC), with a focus on delivering fast, reliable features in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on iOS Swift development.
• 3+ years mobile frontend architecture (state management, navigation).
• Experience delivering production-grade software in an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of UI design and SwiftUI.

Responsibilities

• Develop iOS app software from conception to production for millions of drivers.
• Review and provide feedback on product designs and architectures with a software engineering focus.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
• Write and contribute to high-quality technical documentation for engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other tech experts.
