Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking an experienced iOS Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-end iOS applications for the latest Apple devices. You will collaborate with design and middleware teams, translate UI designs into functional interfaces, and ensure performance and quality to specifications.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of iOS development with Swift, UIkit, and/or Objective-C, hands-on Copilot experience, and strong Git/Bitbucket skills. Join our fast-paced team in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or master's in software engineering.
• 5+ years of iOS Development using Swift, UIkit and/or Objective C.
• Hands-on experience on Copilot.
• Proven experience as an UI/UX developer for Mobile applications - IOS platform.
• Proven experience as an app developer.
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with Biometrics, push notifications, Camera APIs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop & Prototype front end applications for Mobile team.
• Translate design mockups into functional user interfaces.
• Implement front-end logic and data interactions.
• Develop Screens and Components by integrating back-end APIs.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Participate in design review with middleware team and coordinate with business on the functionality.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before the final release.
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
• Designing and implementing application updates.
• Designing; building and maintaining next generation iOS mobile applications.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
