Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to drive iOS apps across Homes.com and Homesnap brands, with significant impact on user-facing products. Located in Irvine, CA, the role combines mobile engineering excellence with collaboration across multiple teams to deliver scalable applications.

You will work on cutting-edge iOS tech, contribute to architecture decisions, and participate in a hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in developing iOS applications.
• Expert in iOS: Objective-C, Swift/SwiftUI, Cocoa Frameworks, Xcode IDE, Interface Builder.
• Knowledge of MVC, MVVM and Dependency Injection.

Responsibilities

• Develop iOS applications that scale to millions of users.
• Evaluate technologies to strengthen CoStar’s platform and practices.
• Create UI layouts for customers and interfaces to backend services.
• Design reusable and maintainable systems and libraries.
• Understand product architecture and contribute ideas.
• Collaborate with other iOS developers to exchange improvements.
