Speechify is a fully distributed company seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join the core iOS team in Anaheim, CA. You will lead architectural decisions, contribute to the product roadmap, and ship critical features for our popular iOS app.

You will work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a focus on delivering delightful user experiences that help millions read more effectively, while aligning with product and design teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Swift/SwiftUI in production iOS apps.
• Proven ability to design scalable iOS architectures and ship features end-to-end.
• Hands-on with multithreading and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes.
• Experience applying SOLID principles and modern iOS tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead key engineering and product decisions for the Speechify iOS Core Product.
• Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
• Collaborate within a dedicated product team to drive roadmap items.
• Participate in product discussions to shape the product strategy.
• Maintain and enhance a complex app architecture for scale.
