Job summary

General Intuition is seeking an experienced iOS engineer to champion the Medal experience on iOS. You will focus on real-time recording, clipping, social feeds, and chat, shaping the mobile architecture, and driving features from idea to user hands.

You will work with designers and backend engineers to deliver fast, reliable experiences for millions of gamers, while maintaining a strong focus on code quality, performance, and delightful user interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent experience shipping iOS apps.
• Proficient in Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
• Experience with Swift Concurrency and Combine.
• Experience with real-time apps, video/media-heavy workflows, or social apps.
• Ownership mindset to drive end-to-end projects.
• Commitment to code quality and clean interfaces.
• Product-driven: own broad areas, run experiments, talk to users.
• Data-driven: use analytics, feedback and bug reports to guide development.
• Experience using REST APIs and collaborating with backend teams.
• Passion for gaming and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship the Medal iOS experience: real-time recording, clipping, feeds, and chat.
