Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to focus on native iOS mobile app development as part of the Digital Health Home R&D team. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift/Objective-C and cross-platform tech to deliver seamless user experiences.

The role requires collaboration with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/Software Eng.
• 5+ years of iOS app development experience.
• Proficiency in Swift/Objective-C for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android.
• Experience with at least one cross‑platform framework (Flutter/React Native).
• Understanding of mobile architecture, RESTful APIs, and app store submission processes.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS/mobile applications.
• Work with native (Swift/Obj-C, Kotlin/Java) and cross-platform (Flutter, React Native) tech.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, product managers, and backend developers.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
