Reddit, Inc. is seeking a talented iOS Engineer to build and enhance products, delivering features end to end in a fast-paced environment.

You will help scale and maintain systems while collaborating with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers to deliver high-quality apps. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or CS-related field, and 5+ years of software engineering experience in a scalable environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch; review code and design docs, provide feedback.

We are seeking a talented iOS Engineer to join our team. You'll be a key contributor to building and enhancing our products, developing features from end to end, and ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and serve community builder needs. This role requires a passion for tackling complex challenges in a fast paced nimble environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services while ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of our systems..
• Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, data scientists and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.
• Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You'll be reviewing code and design docs, giving feedback on product specs and mocks.
• Set and define standards that improve developer workflows, recommend best practices, and help coach and mentor engineers on the team to further their professional development.
• Continuously learn and improve your technical and non-technical abilities.

What We are Looking For

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base salary range for this position is:

$190,000—$267,000 USD
