• Re-architect the technology flow so GitHub Actions handles ten times Elgin's current load.
• Bridge Linux and GitHub Actions so the two halves of Lockheed Martin's platform finally talk.
• Reproduce the empowering bug from the Elgin field report, then make it impossible again.
