RSF Social Finance seeks a full-time Senior Manager, Client Engagement to advance RSF’s vision by selling investment offerings, especially for the Social Investment Fund. You will guide investor cultivation, steward relationships with advisors and HNW individuals, and represent RSF at industry events.

This role informs the SIF notes structure strategy and collaborates with the Client Engagement team to meet or exceed annual investment fund goals.

Formación

Minimum of 6 years’ experience in fundraising, sales, client engagement, or business development.
BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred; Series 7 and 63 license or exam passage within 16 weeks.
Significant sales experience including investment products; ability to run campaigns and notes plans.

Responsabilidades

Meet annual fundraising goals and support team objectives.
Strengthen client engagement strategies and outreach for investment offerings.
Cultivate relationships with financial advisors, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
Design and lead the Social Investment Fund notes plan and offerings.
Collaborate with Marketing to refine fundraising collateral and communications.
Represent RSF at conferences and industry events.
Coordinate with lending and other RSF teams for program integration.
