The role collaborates with investment, finance, legal, and compliance teams to optimize tax outcomes and manage cross-border tax considerations for diverse funds and structures.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment funds, asset management, private equity, private credit, international tax, or transaction tax.
• Ability to analyze complex tax issues and communicate recommendations to tax and non-tax stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise investment teams on tax considerations across private and public markets.
• Support tax structuring, due diligence, and transaction execution for various investments.
• Identify and manage tax risks to drive tax-efficient outcomes.
• Collaborate with external advisors on technical tax matters and opinions.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess impact on investments.
• Partner with across investment, finance, legal, compliance, and corporate services teams.
• Provide tax support for complex cross-border transactions.
• Contribute to broader tax strategy, governance, and process improvements.
