Job summary

Bank of America, Merrill Edge is seeking a Senior Investment Specialist to deliver high-quality client service in a call center setting. The role requires Series 7 and 66 licenses, and you will engage with clients on trading, margin, and account maintenance.

You will work from our in-office locations in Hunt Valley, MD and Pennington, NJ, supporting self-directed traders and referring clients to partners as needed.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) are required.
• Knowledge of margin, equity and option trading and related trading violations with clients.
• Familiarity with the Merrill Edge platform, client order entry and related services.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based client service and support for Merrill Edge clients.
• Handle inquiries on buying power, margin, investments, trading, market mechanics and corporate actions.
• Assist with higher risk or uncommon trades under guidance of experts.
• Develop expertise in trading, markets, options and margin.
• Support account maintenance, online access requests, and client engagement.
