Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of advisory, annuities, insurance, and brokerage products.
• Series 7, Series 66, and Insurance Licensing required.
• 7+ years of sales experience.
• Strong presentation skills in group settings and client meetings.
• Wholesaling background and storytelling ability to present solutions.
• Effective collaboration and cohesive messaging with partners.
• Ability to manage multiple regions and travel overnight.
• Proven capability to drive advisor development and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Become a Subject Matter Expert to present investment themes, platforms, and strategies.
• Communicate JPMorgan Wealth Management view and recommendations clearly.
• Cover 2–3 regions remotely and in person (Northeast) for 300–400 advisors.
• Create and coordinate workshops for advisor development.
• Speak at Group Meetings and host Zoom office hours.
• Schedule 10–15 one-on-one advisor meetings weekly to drive new business.
• Attend client meetings as the investment solutions SME.
• Coordinate with colleagues across disciplines on joint presentations.
• Demonstrate value in pushing divisional goals to target.
