• Experience with project management lifecycle processes, both agile and waterfall.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while staying aligned to overarching line of business strategy.
• Provide critical challenge to ensure the best decisions are made.
• Familiarity with compliance, risk, and control frameworks in the financial services/investment industry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to properly capture business needs, critical discussion items and decisions along with capturing and assigning action items.

Responsibilities

• Define and convey the vision to the team(s) to address client requirements for AMG Investment Office objectives.
• Create and maintain the project plan, risk and issue log and ensure integrity.
• Document action items and hold stakeholders accountable for tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate potential solutions before final decisions.
• Coordinate with business partners, technology, and controls for Change Governance.
