Qualifications

• Brokerage industry experience required.
• Series 7/66 licenses and state insurance licenses required; Variable annuity license required.
• Motivated by commission-based sales and internal competition.
• Ability to motivate others and transfer knowledge through coaching.
• Strong coaching, teaching, and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to build internal and external client relationships.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests.
• Plan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions for retail bank employees.
• Develop client meetings to review accounts and close sales with licensed bankers.
• Handle daily client needs, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues.
• Follow up after appointments to maintain relationships and generate referrals.
• Drive sales planning to meet goals, client experience, and financial results.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products via self-study and coursework.
• Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion.
