Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Investment Counselor / Portfolio Manager in Pasadena, CA. You will manage high-net-worth client portfolios, craft tailored wealth strategies, and lead asset allocation decisions to meet long-term goals.

This role emphasizes client relationships, market analysis, and collaboration with advisors to deliver comprehensive financial guidance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in investment management, wealth management, or financial advisory services.
• Strong relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• CFA, CFP, MBA or similar designation preferred.
• Expertise in portfolio construction, asset allocation and strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM, portfolio platforms, and MS Office; U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized wealth management strategies aligned with clients' financial objectives.
• Create and manage asset allocation plans and investment portfolios.
• Execute portfolio management strategies using equities, fixed income, and other approved solutions.
• Conduct investment research, analyze market trends, and evaluate data to support recommendations.
• Monitor client portfolios, cash needs, and investment guidelines while addressing client requests.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through regular meetings and ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to provide comprehensive wealth planning.
• Participate in networking and business development to support firm growth.
