Hightower is seeking a Senior Investment Consultant to partner with advisors, delivering high‑quality investment guidance and robust portfolio recommendations. You will help translate investment views into clear client messaging, balancing risk and opportunity within firm models and standards.

In this hybrid Chicago-area role, you’ll collaborate with research, proposal, and execution teams to drive scalable solutions and real-time advisor feedback that improves platforms and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA/CFP preferred for advanced credentialing.
• Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment products.
• Ability to translate complex investment concepts into advisor-ready guidance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary investment partner to advisors, guiding portfolio construction and manager selection.
• Conduct portfolio diagnostics and provide insights to align with firm views and model frameworks.
• Support advisor and client discussions with clear investment messaging and market context.
• Coordinate with research, wealth management, and proposal teams to align client-facing recommendations with standards.
