  • Reinforce best practices for using firm models, tools, and workflows to drive consistency and scale.
Investment Enablement & Execution Support
  • Develop high‑quality, advisor‑ready investment materials, proposals, model comparisons, and portfolio analytics.
  • Coordinate with overlay, trading, and operations teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution.
  • Maintain ownership throughout the recommendation‑to‑execution cycle to ensure a seamless advisor experience.
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with firm‑approved language and product guidance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with research, wealth management, and proposal teams to align client‑facing recommendations with firm portfolio construction standards.
  • Coordinate closely with the Head of Investment Consultant Services to ensure consistent field messaging and adherence to ICs frameworks.
  • Maintain strong alignment with Investment leadership on market outlook, platform updates, and investment priorities.

  • Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, financial markets, and investment products.
  • Proven ability to translate complex investment concepts into simple, advisor‑ready guidance.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills; able to influence advisors and support client conversations.
  • Ability to manage multiple advisor relationships in a fast‑paced, field‑driven environment.
  • Series 65/66 preferred or must obtain shortly after hire.
