Qualifikationen

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the United States is required.
• 5–10 years in investment management, securities, or adviser compliance.
• Strong knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act and U.S. securities laws.
• Experience with regulatory analysis, legal research and drafting; AI tools a plus.
