Job summary

Accenture Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs for global investment banks, spanning business, regulatory, and digital operating models. You will guide senior stakeholders, shape architectures, and drive end-to-end delivery across Front, Middle, and Back Office functions.

You will mentor onshore and offshore teams, foster inclusion, and contribute to business development within Accenture’s Investment Banking and Capital Markets practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of leadership in Financial Services focused on Investment Banking.
• Minimum 7+ years in external consulting/program management leading large-scale transformations.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, execution, and governance of large-scale transformation programs for global investment banks spanning business, regulatory, and digital operating model changes.
• Provide senior leadership across engagements with client interaction through the end-to-end trading lifecycle (Front, Middle, Back Office, Tech & Operations).
• Own overall solution design by evaluating architectures, platforms, and delivery approaches to meet client needs.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior sell-side stakeholders, developing high-performance, future-ready solutions.
• Understand industry trends and deliver high-impact technology initiatives for long-term client success.
• Lead and develop onshore and offshore consulting teams, fostering inclusion and accountability.
• Drive business development, shaping opportunities and leading proposals for Accenture’s Investment Banking & Capital Markets practice.
