Job summary

Granite Partners seeks a Senior Investment Associate to drive platform and add‑on investments, oversee diligence, and contribute to governance and value creation. You will model, communicate economic implications, and manage data rooms from origination through closing.

As Analyst and Value Creator, you’ll lead post‑deal integration, build insights with AI tools, and mentor interns while coordinating across Finance, Governance, Strategy, and Community initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of investing, consulting, IB, corporate development, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and professional certifications valued.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate platform and add‑on opportunities; lead due diligence and deal processes.
• Project‑manage post‑deal integration; develop value creation playbooks and dashboards.
• Generate insights from data; communicate findings through visuals and narratives.
