The Senior Investment Advisor, CFP® is a full-time, on-site role based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to corporate retirement plan participants, business owners, executives, families, and individual clients. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients to assess financial goals, developing and presenting customized financial plans, and constructing and monitoring investment portfolios aligned with clients’ risk profiles and time horizons. The Senior Investment Advisor will collaborate with internal team members to support 401(k) and other retirement plans, including participant education, plan reviews, and fiduciary oversight support. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed client records, staying current on market trends and regulatory changes, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the firm’s growth through professional networking and client referrals.
Starting Salary $100,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
