Job summary

The role emphasizes project leadership, process improvements, and strong collaboration with finance colleagues; requires a CPA preferred, 5+ years in investment accounting, and expertise with ePAM and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Experience with investment accounting systems such as ePAM.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing processes and analytics.
• Handle FAS91 / Cash Flow processes and analytics.
• Conduct investment accounting and reporting for multiple accounting bases.
• Lead project work related to investment accounting.
• Proactively seek to improve existing processes to meet new requirements and enhance operational reliability and efficiency.
