Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting healthcare program integrity, fraud investigations, or government healthcare.
• Experience with fraud, waste, and abuse investigations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background research on individuals, organizations, or entities under review.
• Carry out investigations involving potential fraud, waste, and abuse.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and indicators of fraud.
• Review laws, regulations, and policies to support investigations.
• Collect and analyze records; interview and document evidentiary materials.
• Prepare clear investigative reports and recommendations for management.
