Qualifications

• 3+ years in Inventory Specialist role.
• 4+ years of S&OP exposure (not just S&OP).

Responsibilities

• Knit together the San Francisco, CA P&L from three teams.
• Spot when a mid-level initiative loses sponsor.
• Deliver weekly performance summaries for leadership.
• Investigate margin slippage and deliver fixes, not theories.
• Build models to signal when to stop a losing business bet.
• Decide ownership for mid-level roles and define handoffs.
• Coach mid-level stakeholders through the math of reallocations.
• Forecast demand and align capacity accordingly.
