Job summary

Responsibilities include periodic physical inventory, coordinating maintenance of tools and vehicles, and supervising stock flow with multiple vendors. Valid CA driver’s license required for site duties.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience with inventory stock control procedures.
• Ability to count, perform basic math, and maintain orderly records.
• Experience with multiple vendors for restock orders.
• Knowledge of general safety practices.
• Experience with databases and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Manage Housing & Hospitality Services inventory and stockroom operations.
• Purchase, track issuance of parts/equipment, and update work order data in the system.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory of stockroom supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance/repair of tools, equipment, vehicles; monitor uniform service.
