Job summary

Parachute Home is seeking an Inventory Manager in Los Angeles to lead the Inventory Reconciliation process across Demand and Supply Planning within our Sales & Operations Planning framework. You will safeguard Netsuite as the single source of truth and drive accuracy, timeliness and clear reporting for leadership.

You will analyze metrics like weeks of supply, sell-through, aging and GMROI, identify excess or at-risk inventory, and translate insights into actionable steps with cross-functional

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in inventory planning or related field.
• Knowledge of WOS, GMROI, sell-through metrics.
• Able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory position and visibility across products and channels.
• Analyze inventory productivity using metrics including weeks of supply, sell-through, aging, and GMROI.
• Identify excess, slow-moving and at-risk inventory and propose actions.
• Own reconciliation between demand and supply planning in the S&OP process.
• Establish inventory targets and ideal SKU coverage based on demand and constraints.
• Partner with Merchandising, Revenue and Finance to translate insights into decisions.
• Drive accountability and track progress from recommendation to outcome.
• Collaborate with Finance on valuation, aging, and period-end reconciliation.
• Build and improve inventory reporting across NetSuite and Excel/Sheets.
• Communicate performance, risks and recommendations to CSCO and leaders.
